Sophie is two weeks young today!

Wow what a whirlwind 2 weeks it's been!!!

To try & think of what life was like before little Sophie seems very hard!!




She's doing really good, she's such a good little girl, she's feeding well with Mummy & Mummy has now pretty much got used to breastfeeding along with Sophie's habits.

Yesterday the mid-wife came to weigh her and she's put on 300grams so she is growing strong day by day!!

I picked up Greyci's Mum on Tuesday from the airport and she's been great to have around. Not only has she been cooking great meals but has also been teaching me lots of Portuguese.




Today's my last day before going back to work on Monday - gonna be hard but needs to happen at somepoint!

1 day to go!

So one day to go now!!! Went to the hospital for the pre-op appointment yesterday so we're all clued up now as to what's going to happen! We're be at the hospital by 7.45am tomorrow morning. It's been a really amazing time and there's a great sense of anticipiation.

So, only 2 days to go now! Mummy is doing really good & Sophie is moving around like crazy!

We had the last fetal movement check on Monday where everything was OK & today is the pre-op appointment where the docs are going to go over Friday morning with us.
